Healing begins with the conversations we have with ourselves. The more loving, the more positive, the more hopeful our words are, the better and quicker our healing can start.
Our minds don’t have to put up with thoughts unthought of and our hearts with words unspoken. Healing starts when you talk about them.
Before seeking external Validation
Before we seek validation from others, I believe it is critically essential to show we value ourselves by giving self-affirmations of kindness and support. Simple things like stating “I’m proud of you, self,” or “I love the person who I’ve become,” or “I am worthy” can lead to massive inroads to healing. In all ways, always.
