Hello Moon(light)ers,
I hope you are having a great week so far. I have had a quiet week, spending much-needed quality time with the hubby, Luke, who has taken a week or so off from work.

Let’s talk about resilience.
Once, when I was visiting my family in the Philippines, some of my friends and I got together for dinner. It was pleasant, but uncomfortable for me. All they ever talked about was how successful they were in their fields, trying to outdo each other. Whilst I, I just sat there listening to what they all had to say. I felt ashamed, and lonely, cos I didn’t have much to share. I wasn’t as successful as they all seemed to be. Yes, I was an author - but a self-published one. Yes, I also had regular employment - but not like the President of the company or anything. Yes, I was married - but we had no kids.
