Hello Moon(light)ers,

This week, I focused on slowing down. Not much activity, but more of self-care. I read a book, had warm baths, lit candles, listened to chill out music, slept in, decreased my social media engagement, called and chatted with my mum, sat in the patio / garden listening to birds, cuddled with my furbaby, Peppa.

It is necessary that we take care of our bodies as well as well as our minds. I suggest you try the same. There is something calming, wistful and magical just by taking a moment, relishing that, and being present.

Last week, I talked about the importance of positive self-talk or affirmations on my podcast, Moonlight Conversations.

This week, I am going to talk about how to start conversations with other people. The below article is one I’ve written previously, which is also available on my book website Conversations (I Never Had) with Luna.

Enjoy!
