How was your weekend? Mine was eventful. Last Saturday was our State elections, so we went out and voted. We also watched a play called After Dinner at the Roxy Lane Theatre that night. It was smutty, but very funny! We then went to Holy Mass last Sunday, and this helped me ground myself. Here are some photos of my weekend.

We often come across hypersensitive people or HSP in our lives. They may be family members or friends who has a trait known as "high sensitivity" or "sensory processing sensitivity (SPS)." I interview Selene, a hypersensitive person. We talked about how she handles everyday tasks such as parenting, conversations, and social interactions. This article will hopefully allow us to understand hypersensitive people more.
